The frame and front suspension on the full size cars is pretty much the same from 1965-1970. My concern was that the 68-up pump location would interfere with the upper control arm, but since the low pump was used on the 68-70 full size cars, that shouldn't be an issue. The PS pump mounting brackets are pretty much the same from 1968-1990.

One more thing. Don't forget the two spacers between the pump brackets and the block on the 68-up bracket configuration, HOWEVER, be aware that the spacer between the lower rear bracket and the block on the 1965-70 full size cars is different from the normal one seen on Cutlii. This is because the 65-70 cars use the forward motor mount location on the side of the block, so the lower rear bolt for the PS pump bracket is the same one that holds the front of the motor mount. The spacer for these cars is thus thinner by the thickness of the motor mount flange that it sits on.

I know what you mean about the ugly pump. I have put lipstick on mine and it makes a world of difference. But now my alternater is flirting with it!
