Question Ingition coil help

Can anyone out there tell me what to look for are how to tell and original ignition coil for my 70 442. And were can i get one

The original ignition coil on your '70 442 would have the old-style Delco-Remy script on the cap, and the metal can would have the following embossed on the side:
216
B-R

That's the last three digits of the original part number, 1115216, which can be found in the 1970 Engine assembly manual. This part number was superseeded almost immediately for service replacements. It's common to now find a "238" coil installed.

Good luck finding a 216!
