Heater switch knob

Heater switch ****

Ok I see the Allen keys on the two side slides
But how does the high switch **** come off?
I see the hole on the side is that an Allen key too?

Allen key?

Yes. If you look behind the **** you will see the shaft on all of those controls is actually a flat bar, so the key presses against the wide, flat surface and not against the thin edge.

Did she say it may have slot...not hexagon
flux & solerin iron will assist on ornery setscrews
Painters tape protectes face plate &,if murderin **** happens...they are available
