Exhaust manifold removal

I need to remove the left exhaust manifold from my 1971 442. Manual trans. The bolts came right out but I can't get it out. Looking at removing some steering stuff. Has anyone have any other ideas, other than lifting the engine?
Thanks

Did you remove the bolts at the exhaust manifold to pipe?

Yes it's free. All the bolts are out. Downpipe is out of the way. It moves around , but I'm thinking the steering is in the way, or the z bar
