Engine accessories strap

Hi guys.

I am trying to locate the accessory strap.
Right now you have a Goodyear 11AV1460, 15581 installed, however, I cannot locate it in my country.
Do you know of another compatible model?
It seems that this Goodyear is no longer manufactured.
Thank you.

Regards

I @$$ume your car is a 68-72 Cutlass with air conditioning. If so, get a Gates 7445 belt to replace that one.

Goodyear 15581 is readily available in the US for under USD$6. It's a 58.07" (1474.98 mm) outside circumference V-belt. effective length is 57.5". That should let you find a comparable belt locally.
Equivalent belts are:
Dayco 15575
Pirelli 13-575 (13-580 should also work)
Continental 15581

It is an olds 1971 442, it has air conditioning.
I can't find the one you recommended in my area either
Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

I'm going to need to dig up (research) if this brand new belt I have is compatible/appropriate for your installation. I'll puke up the Part No. in case Joe has this number stashed in the back of his cerebrum and knows specifically if it's of the correct length, etc.
DAYCO Top Cog
Part No. 15450 (11A1145)

I guess it's a no-go. Says it's 45"L. Sorry.

Your replacement belt is presumably for an SBO. Taller deck height means longer belts for alternator and A/C.

I believe you're correct. I purchased an extra for my 350 w/ A/C. I only knew I had an extra new belt. Thanks.

Thanks Joe, I have located the Continental, size is 1450mm, should work but I am going to try.
If I have problem I will let you know.
Thanks for the help guys!!
