This is a SWAG....looking for others to validate or invalidate.
The build date looks like 12A, if it is, that would be the first week of December (1964).
Accessory Group 2: Y-L-G
Two Tone Paint: V-C
4-speed manual transmission
Center Console

 

First week of Dec 1963, since the car is 1964 model year.
