correct rear end and code

Hello everyone! I’m trying to find the correct rear code and eventually the correct rear end for a 71 442 W30 4 speed. At some point the rear end in my car was swapped out for a 12 bolt posi. Any help would be appreciated. And a photo of how it should look too if possible. Thanks

Thanks. 442Har. So it’s aPosi 3.23 in it now, but it’s a 12 bolt. Now that can’t be correct can it. I’m under the impression the 71 W30s are corporate 10bolt, and I have read in different places that the 4speed W30 only came with 3.73 and your saying the code is TO on that posi. Thanks! And anymore out there please post! Thanks. Mark

The "bolts" are not the cover bolts in case you thought so.

Thanks ,but no. I need the correct info, if anybody knows it, on the correct rear end of a 442,W30, 4speed. (71). There weren’t a lot made so the knowledge base on such a finite part is so limited. Thanks in advance for the correct information. All the best. Mark

I just replied on your other post concerning this. If your car came with a 3 core radiator then 3:42 is correct. If it came with a 4 core radiator then 3:73 is correct.
