convertble top help

Is it necessary to bleed the air from the hydraulic top system? Sorry for the dumb question , but it has been 18 years since i did it and i just cant remember!

No. Just run it through 2 or 3 cycles and it will be done. Be sure to keep the fluid topped off.

There is a page from the service manual describing this procedure in detail - just do a search on top pump bleeding. In a nutshell, it is like Red already said.
