Bodyside trim removal on 67 442

Bodyside trim removal on 67 442

How do you remove and replace the piece of lower piece of body trim located between door and rear wheel? Does the rear seat and rear panel have to be removed to get at the fasteners?

Yes to remove the nuts holding the molding clips on.
