Anyone with info on this fender?

So today I bought two front fenders for my 1971 cutlass. The guy I bought them from had a whole stack of these original fenders that he had taken to a body shop to be put in a black primer. So I looked through all the fenders and picked out the ones I thought looked best. The drivers side fender had a sticker on the inside that said gm part. Is this fender a original replacement part from a dealer? Just trying to figure out what I bought and if it was taken to a body shop or if it's original. Thanks

price & value

How much is the seller asking per fender? There is a huge disparity between reproduction & NOS costs & quality.

Brett,
That's outstanding. One thing I would appreciate knowing though. How is the term 'fender' applied in the parts manual? Did you use the same group number?

Well 12.940 is the group... no disrespect intended...but the OP's part number is for a Quarter panel, not a fender, perhaps someone 'misapplied' the label?

D'ohhh!! If I could learn to read in this stupid heat.....sorry about that sir. I was thinking maybe there was a changeup number, but you've cleared that up.
