Ac/heater control vacuum hose
#2
Nearly all (most) automotive parts supply stores have rolls of vacuum hoses in stock (often located in the back/side room). Either bring in a piece (or pieces) of the vacuum hose(s) you're replacing, or measure the ID &/or OD to match up what you need.
EDIT: You purchase by the foot. Just tell them the length(s) you require.

The vacuum hose used for GM HVAC controls is smaller diameter than what you will normally find in an auto parts store. Also, the factory vacuum hose harness assembly has ends molded in place. Correctly replacing one of these hoses (which are also color-coded, by the way) is difficult at best. I recently went through this on one of my vehicles. I'm not aware of repros of the complete vacuum harness.

Sometimes it's hit or miss with stocked inventory. I wasn't aware of difficulties associated with correct hoses, as Joe indicated. I found a couple sources on-line for "used" 1968 442 HVAC hoses - by the individual "piece". As per Joe, hard to come by I guess.

While I will not be 100% happy about accepting my dad's Corvette when he decides he is too old to drive it (as I want him to drive it), it, at least, will have better aftermarket support than Olds.

Here is another using Joe's point on the Corvette sites, does not give specifics on the hose ID, but looking at the tees but give a feel towards it.Corvette America 1971-1975 Chevrolet Corvette Heater/Air Conditioning Control Vacuum Hose Kit. (topflightautomotive.com)
