1964 B body floor brackets/seat support brackets

Does anyone know if these can be found? I guess I could mock up something, fabricate a mount and weld it in but it sure would be nice to have the part.

From above with floor pan cut out, rear of the front seat support bracket where it attaches to the mid floor cross member

... and here...

So from what I'm reading from old posts, these parts are not available and even the Impala floor pans are not a perfect match. I'm glad I only ordered partials. I guess I'm going to massage them to fit, and I'll have to fabricate a seat mount support. The rest of the floor supports are in good shape structurally, so I'll wire brush them good and finish everything off with a rust inhibitor. Once I have the floor pans, I can see what fits and what doesn't. Most of the floor is good, so I'll cut out only the bad stuff.

Curiously- do most of you use butt welds on floor pans, or do you leave a little overlap and weld the edges? Obviously a good butt weld is going to look better, but I wondered if it might be better structurally to leave a little overlap and punch out holes for spot welds, then weld (or just fill/seam seal) the edges? Totally new at this- I've only used a welder once in my life and that was many moons ago. I'm currently attending YouTube University for instructions.
