I have decoded the cowl tag tells the strip color?
The color # is 49 B which the decoder says is Antique Jade with Black Vinyl or Convertible top. The car is a convertible (so does that mean the correct convertible top is black? The car has the hood induction system with white strips and white strips on the sides. It has buckets seats in jade green, which the cowl decoder says is correct. Are the white strips correct? It would seem odd to have a super dark green body with black strips (if they are to match the black top. (The car now has a white top, I believe it was changed)

Black, white, gold, and green stripes were recommended with Antique Jade.

The "stripe" color won't be indicated on the data plate. It can be found in a build sheet or whatever Olds put under the seat, carpet, or ??? although there's no saying whether your car still has that document.

You know the stripes don't have to match the top or interior, right?

 

My Viking Blue '72 442 has a black interior but white OAI hood and side stripes, all shown on the 8x11 Fremont build sheet. The 3-way color combinations aren't that uncommon.

 

My 68 W-30 came with white lower body, black painted upper body, white interior, and red W-36 stripes.
