what is it and whats it worth

Can someone tell me if this will fit 1968-1972 cutlass. OR are they year specific? Also what is it worth

It is correct for '71-'72 - with enough work it'll fit anything .....


all fiberglass - or steel underside?

I sold a pretty nice original '71 hood a few years ago for $2,000.00. The '70 hoods are much more common & not quite as valuable. The best repro. hoods sell for $2500.00.
If it is an original it will be a steel frame with fiberglass top. If there is rust/holes in the frame or cracks/missing pieces on the fiberglass the value starts to drop.

OK so there is no rust on the frame structure but where the back hood molding goes has a couple of chips. Looks like the molding would actually cover it.
So selling it for $1000 is not a bad deal?

Hood is all Fiberglass. Unfortunately I listened to my son. If you want something done right do it myself.

If I was selling it, I'd ask $150.00-$250.00?? I'm not impressed by the quality of the all fiberglass hoods & wouldn't put one on my car. Just my .02.
