72 CS - To part, or not to part. That is the question...

I've just picked up a drivable '72 Cutlass Supreme as a source of parts for my '71 Cutlass S, and debating options on the longterm disposition of the '72.

My big question is how much demand is there for parts from the car if shipping from the West Coast of Canada is required? Anyone interested in potential parts is welcome to indicate here or by private message; enough interest will definitely help sway my decision. I'll be happy to send photos of parts as well.

There are no show quality pieces, at least none that will be getting sold. Most range between used and decent condition. The interior is green, dash pad and door panels don't look bad, seats are original with some isolated minor damage, etc.

I'm more familiar with the parts demands for my old VW parts locally but really have no idea what the local/national/international appetite is for Cutlass pieces.

I could just do a parts swap between the two cars to cherry pick what I want, then try to sell the '72 to the next person as a project...but it does need extensive metal replacement so I'm not too heartbroken about dismantling it that others may drive.

(Since this isn't really a "for sale" thread, I wasn't sure it would be appropriate for the classified section, no complaints from me if a mod wants to move it!)
