Any thoughts if this might sell
They have? I can still see the small one in your first post and the big one posted by GAOldsman.
I'm kind of curious as to how posting photos of what you're trying to sell damages your rights. I would suspect it would also damage at least somewhat your ability to sell the things you make.

Interesting. Maybe you should look into copyrighting your designs. You can copyright them by simply declaring that they are copyrighted and putting a notation with each photo saying something like "Copyright 2013 - Hairy Olds. All Rights Reserved."

As far as the ebay guy, you might send him an email telling him that's he's selling designs for which he does not have the copyright and that he is subject to a lawsuit if he doesn't stop. If he continues, contact ebay as they're very sensitive to this sort of thing and they'd probably drop him.

I have had ebay pull the listings as of yesterday. I will look into the link. I have never even thought that a person/parts supplier would bother me and do something like this. I sell small and try to supply the people in the Olds community with something a little different with a eye to quality.
