Has anyone tried the 70-72 plastic Dash cap covers on ebay

I've been wanting a new dash and came across the das cap cover that go over your original dash. Wanted to know if anyone has purchase this product. The guys from OPGI said that you can not tell its a cover?

I am pretty sure a 'car guy" would know it's a cover very quickly, my aunt Kay not so much! Don't forget he's a salesman doing his job.
But who know I have been wrong before.

Yeah, from outside the car maybe.

I got a cover for my 86 Caprice. It looks like a hard plastic cover. They might be fine for a driver, but I wouldn't use one in a car I cared about.
