Re-use head gaskets after torque plate honing?

Will I have to buy 2 sets of gaskets if i'm getting the 455 torque plate honed? Or can I use the same gaskets used while honing after final assembly. The performance gaskets are about $100 a piece thats why I would like to know.

You dont need head gaskets under the torque plate while machining.

I prefer to use a head gasket under the torque plate, and it can be re-used for honing. I would not use it on the engine for running, however. It is ideal to use the same type of head gasket for honing as will be used for running the engine.

X2. I normally use an old head gasket under the torque plates.
