I was scanning an article out of the July '69 issue of Hot Rod magazine this evening, and ran across one of the old Roach Studio ads for T-shirts:


I decided to see if I could scan and blow one of them up, so I naturally chose the '68 442. Scanned it in at 750% and then spent a few minutes touching it up...considering what I had to play with, I didn't think it turned out too bad.

very cool 2 bucks for a t-shirt 8 for a jacket man even with inflation that sounds really really cheap and I bet they were made in America

 

I used to draw cars like these in grade school. They were the coolest thing going. Of course we were copying the pictures, but not like today. We actually hand drew them. Fond memories.

 

I'm still looking for that T-shirt to wear...XL...
