When you replaced the pump, did you use a pin to hold the pump drive cam in the correct position when you bolted the pump on? Can you hear the solenoid click when you press the wash button? Have you verified that the inlet screen in the tank is clean? I recently had to drain and scrub the washer tank on my 84 because there was some sort of spooge in the tank that continually clogged the inlet screen.

i have 4 wires, 2 goes to the whiper moter and 2 to the pump, the yelow on mine is the positive and mine has a light bleu and dark bleu that are negative i think.

so your whipermoter is contected with yelow black and light bleu, and your washer with the same yelow (split) and dark bleu.

this is of a 69 schedule, so it can be differend. The yelow wire is conected to the fuse block

i bought me a 69 chassis and body book of fisher and helped me fine.
even got from my brother in law a dvd of the same books.
so i have the books at my garage and dvd at home

it even say's wich wire it should be on the fuseconection under the hood at the fire wall.

Make's it a lot easier, to work on the car do

yes your right the bleu from the washer buton is hot, but your washerbuton if you press it it makes contact with the ground to work.
it goes from yellow back in bleu to the buton and when you push the buton it makes contact to ground to work.

i had to rewire my car do, i didn't had the washermoter nor the pump and somone cut the wire's.
Had to rewire and check my chassismanual fisher book, with out it i did'nt get it work.

i bought a repro moter and pump, and had to chains the wires several times on the moter to work.
But it works now

3 wires on the whiper moter, low, high, ........ . neative or positive o don't know.
motor is grounded to the body.
1 screw of the whipermotor should be a cupper clip that conects the whipermotor to the body

yellow is + from the fuse block, i think the black and bleu ar those low and high
