67 HD cooling question

Did a 67 442 without A/C but "WITH" HD cooling have the lower air dam/spoiler that A/C cars had?
Or did ALL 442's get this air dam regardless of HD cooling Or A/C?

The deflector came on all A-body cars that year. The seal behind it was only used on L6 cars and 400 engine cars with either A/C or HD cooling, per the PIM.
