Mint Olds Woodgrain Steering Wheel
When I was at the wrecker today, I found an 82 Regency 2 door that was pretty loaded. (Even had the optional rally gages and POWER reclining passenger seat. Loaded with goodies. Anyway, what I noticed was that the steering wheel (charcoal gray) was absolutely perfect like the day it was made. There were NO cracks or marks or anything. The Woodgrain inlay was not loose, chipped, cracked or missing anywhere. The horn pad is in pristine condition too!
Any of you looking for a part like this? If you are, PM me by Friday. I can go get the wheel for you. All you have to pay is the cost of the wheel and shipping. I might just go get the wheel anyway, it's just too perfect to believe and it would be incredible for a swap meet too!
There was also a 74 Buick Riviera that I got to too late. The rear was a posi and in the process of being taken out. 86 Cutlass with the rally gauges in really nice shape too. When I was there today, it looked pretty complete. No neandrathals had ripped into it yet.
