Need to replace this

Was wondering what this piece is called and where to get a replacement for it. I found the hose and steel tube set up on fusick, but can't find the piece the goes into the booster. So i need to get a new one or figure out the trick to getting this one back in. It won't seem to go back in. Thanks.

You need a "brake booster check valve." See that link.

You can probably just get the rubber grommet by itself, that's what actually failed on your car. You need the top one in the pic. The inside piece of your grommet fell down inside your booster when it disintegrated, it shouldn't hurt anything though.
