Trico 11515

Just installed Trico unit on my 71 vista cruiser,after many cycles still no fluid. With engine running I have 13 volts at the disconnected plug when washer button is pushed Tried priming pump and still nothing. Am I missing something dumb or do I have a DOA. Pump

Do the wipers work when turned on? If so, I would pour water in the hoses, and try to prime it.

Wipers work fine, already tried priming it

Update on this took pump off bench tested with a 12v power source and nothing, went to Rockauto to return exchange and was told no return because the 11515 was not designed for my 71. Am discussing this with them
