Is there any one with a 1972 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme that can take a measurement for me on there car. I'm making a patch panel an need it . Thank you

Where is the patch being applied? There are replacement patch panels available for the 70-72 Cutlass. Fenders are the same for all the A body line in those years, so the patch panels also are. If it's a quarter panel, there are also reproduced quarter panel skins that aren't terribly expensive.

 

it's that section right there I found both sides were nothing but bondo, so I have made some replacement patches I just want to know the length of the section pointed out by the arrow be for I install, to make sure it's correct.

 

This is where im at now just like to do any fine tuning before installing

 

have ou removed the rear window? that area includes the window channel, which is probably rotted away too.

 

Yeah I removed the window , trunk filler panel was rotted an some of the structure beneath it . All that is fixed, just gotta put the c pillar patches in first after I get the measurement

 

Can't you just measure the opposite side or are both sides rotten?

 

Both sides were rotted, whoever had it before was talented with bondo clearly. I tried looking at pictures but it's still a guess as to the length.
