70 442 cowl tag

I was just wondering if anybody has seen a cowl tag with a paint code like this, on a 70 442 convertible.

I know it is rally red, but I was wondering why it is not a dash versus the actual paint code WA4007

I think it is common to find the "WA" number on New Jersey built cars painted the "special" colors
