Cutlass bra

Anyone know of a bra type cover for the front of a 70 Cutlass? Or anyone who might make one?

I've seen bras for the G body Cutlass but not the A bodies. Contact these folks, they might be able to help you out. They do have a section for "exterior accessories."

Your going to have to go to a custom upholstery shop and get one made. We've discussed this before if you scroll down to the bottom of the page.

If you look at the bottom of this page, you can see where I was selling an NOS 1970 Cutlass bra (it's sold). At one time TPP made bras for 1970-72 Cutlass. They were really nice, too. So...the answer is yes, they were made, and some are out there. I think I sold it, but I see no responses in my old post. I'll look around to see if It's still here.

That would definitely depend on who's riding shotgun or holding your beer

Seriously, why would you need one for the car? Is it to protect against bugs? If yes there's an easy solution that's cheaper and cleans up really nice. Spray some PAM cooking spray on a cloth and go over the front bumper, tooth and grills. After a road trip? Just use gentle soap and water to clean up. EZPZ and the bugs don't stick at all.

I don't think my car needs a bra, but it sure could use a diaper.

I've heard that the bras vibrate and cause paint abrasion on the front of the car.

Abrasion leads to blisters. I'm sure some PAM cooking spray helps prevent that.

Seriously though, you are correct, which is why I'd never put a bra on my cars. Sometimes they come loose and shift around and then you can't see the headlights anymore.
