I'm planning to attend the OCA nats next Friday but only have the time/resources for a day trip. I'd love to drive my '69 convertible up but it looks like parking is $75 regardless of the # of days you will be at the show. It looks like I'll end up driving my truck to kingsport . I haven't found any information on spectator parking. is there a parking lot near the Marriott with a shuttle bus and cheaper ($10 or so) parking?

When I asked about non show car parking at the Marriot they said they would be some, but no guarantees, so we are just driving my Alero.

The overflow hotels will have a shuttle bus running to the host hotel, so maybe you can park at one of these ? May want to call the other hotels and ask.

Calling the overflow hotels is a good idea. The CO get together for Friday is at the Marriott lounge, correct? is there another rally point on the show field (booth, etc)? this is my first OCA meet & I'm trying to see as much as possible in the day I have available

Each OCA meet is a little different, but you will want to see the show field and the swap meet. They may have some cars indoors on display as well, plus info tables, OCA merchandise and maybe raffles etc, so make sure you take a look inside.
