Wing Window Lock Assembly
I have a 1965 Cutlass. I'm replacing the wing window lock assembly, the piece with the locking lever arm. I have the replacement handle support. I 've seen how to remove the support from the window in the how to section of 442bro.com. But before I start, I need to know what the black material between the window and support is and where can I get it. There's about a 0.1" difference between the thickness of the window and the inside of the support so I assume it's more the just RTV sealer. Any suggestions on the material and a source?
