I've noticed that some of the 1950 Olds 88s have a split windshield, but others (most?) have one piece. I'm curious when the change over to one piece took place and why it was apparently done mid-year or thereabouts. Anyone know the story? Thanks, Evans

 

As I understand it there was a surplus of windshield parts left over from 49 and they used them up till early 50.At least that is what I been told numerous times in the past, others may have a different openion....Tedd
