65 A-Body Windshield Question

I know I've asked before, but I just had coffee with a fellow who used to own a wrecking business. I've been trying to sell my 65 f-85 windshield. It's from a 4 door sedan. I thought I was told these will fit any body style including 2 door hardtop and convertible.
He insists mine will not fit the 2 door hardtop or convertible.

Anyone out there actually know for sure?

Thanks, Dave.

Same windshield for all 65 GM "A" bodies.

Your windshield will fit all 64-67 GM "A" bodies except 66 and 67 2drht and converts.

Thank you again, Henry. I'll put that in my ad. You'd think I could get $25 for a decent shaded windshield, but I'm not even getting calls !!

A brand new one is so cheap I would never bother with a used one.

Up here in Canada, with taxes, it's still going to cost you $200 plus installation fee. Might not be a lot of money, but times are tough and getting tougher.
I may put it in the barn and save it. I'm thinking of focusing on A-body cars instead of the huge ones I've been playing with. They're probably easier to get rid of when I want to move them. Eventually I could use the windshield. I just seem to tire of hoarding things.....

Hi Greg,
I'm in Richmond BC right beside Vancouver. Doesn't show on your logo where you are, but I bet you're far away.
Windshield is in decent shape, but not worth driving any distance for.
Thanks, Dave
