It is still so (wtf) why when an Oldsmobile website has a car on it's intro and I can't get an answer.
Ask a simple question. Have love for the car PRESENTED I figured that someone would say Hey That's Whoevers car. I have zero response from anyone. Weird
Can't get an answer. Weird. Beautiful car. Give 69's some love

Bro, I hate to disappoint you, but it is probably some image the hoster pulled from somewhere. The admins and moderators on here were appointed by someone and Internet Brands runs this site off the ad revenue that everyone that doesn't use an ad blocker sees. While it's not ideal since we can't change forum sections, add sections, change moderators, or anything like that; it's certainly better than some other Oldsmobile sites so it's good enough. There's not a lot of copyright on stuff on websites, the most that happens is people use it, and, if someone complains "Hey, that's my car, I didn't allow this use," then they take it down.
I'm sure it's someone's car, but the chances are pretty good they either have never heard of us, or are here no more.
Edit: I don't even see the car on a machine running ad blockers.
Koda I think that is obvious by now. Ha ha. Mods would be on it if it were a members car. Kind of odd for sure but we all take pics off the internet. Thanks for the info. Makes a lot of sense now.
I thought it would be cool to turn it into a thread to give love to the 69's.
ok, i will play again...
here is one taken in my front yard about 7 yrs ago with cars belonging to DFish and myself from the roof of my house....
You know what you like. That's a nice group. Which one's fastest, the w-30 on the end or the w-31 in the middle? For looks I like the light blue 442 first in line best.
I was wondering why I never saw the 69 on the header that started this discussion, but I normally access this site on the laptop, but then saw when I was on the mobile version. But sorry don't know who's 69.
But I would be amiss if I did not include mine. 1 of 87 3 speed convertibles, I am the 3rd owner.
Very cool. Three on the floor? More pictures please...
My first Olds was a 69 Cutlass. That's one reason why I keep this thread going. Still zero answer from any mod on the 69 on the website. Obviously it is not someone here's car.
Very cool. Three on the floor? More pictures please...
Yes , three on the floor, Hurst shifter, with console. Note all consoles have the 3 speed pattern plate, those with a 4 speed have holes drilled through it and a 4 speed plate install on top.
I call my car , my 432 The 3 speed is Ford toploader trans believe it or not. Was the base trans, though most opted for the 4 speed or auto. But I am leaving mine as is.
