Yeah I am surprised. I thought this would be answered quickly. Maybe I need to just turn this into a 69 thread.
My first Olds was a 69 Cutlass. White blue top and blue bucket seat with console interior. Still looking for a picture.

That Saffron 442 with the black vinyl top is the exact sister to my car. My car, Saffron, Black vinyl top with the same black pin stripe on the hood. Mine is a Cutlass S though. I really like that combination.

I agree. That color looks better than people give it credit for.

I've had my convertible since 1985. I had just graduated high school and was heading to a local college and decided I had to have a project car. I was driving a '72 Chevelle at the time with factory 3-speed floor shifter and was actually on the hunt for a GS Buick. I was always into A-bodies and new I didn't want another Chevelle. I grew up in a GS and loved them. Everybody (at the time) knew what 442's were but they were extremely rare around here. Well, as I was hunting I found this '69 442 convertible all but abandoned in a field. It was pretty much left there by the original owner in the late '70's. I fell in love with it and struck a deal for $1000. My family thought I was out of my mind as it was pretty rough. However, I knew what it was and it was complete and unmolested. I've spent the last 30 years bringing it back and am very happy with it's outcome. The color is the original Topaz. It originally had a parchment top but I decided black was a better choice.
Last year I decided it was time for another project car. Was deciding whether I finally wanted to find that Buick or go with another Olds. I found the '69 S in Colorado and couldn't pass up the bench seat/4-speed combination. It's only got 80k miles and is also unbelievably original. Unfortunately, it's got the low compression 350 but it idles and runs amazingly smooth so it'll do. For now! That red is the original paint.
