That is a 1962. The 1962 cars used the same front fenders as the 61s, but the leading edge of the side of the fender is more "V" shaped. The small filler plate at the front of the 62 fenders (between the headlight and the diagonal chrome piece) covers this "V" notch.

The grille is the first thing. It fills in the opening. The '61 was shorter and had the word "Oldsmobile" under the grille.
If it was closer, I would be all over it. Is it up "for sale" ?

Appears to be a Sunset Mist car, which is unusual on an F85. That color was seen more on Ninety Eights and Starfires.
