What year core support is the same as 72 Cutlass?

What year core support is the same as 72 Cutlass?

I was thinking only 71/72 is the same but someone else is saying 70 will work too?

Richard, I don't think the 1970 will fit due to the different hoods and grills. There's even a difference between 71 and 72. I've got all three but am not sure the condition under the battery box of the 1972. So if someone doesn't post a definite answer for you I can compare them and let you know how they look.

Here's some pictures I found on my photobucket site.

The first three are 1970 and you can see the hood latch hook is on the drivers side.

This one is a 1971 and the hood latch hook is now on the pass side

The next two are 1972 and you can see the raised bump where the grill panel goes under the core support.

perfect....just the info I was looking for. I would have not thought the 71 / 72 were different. Thanks for pointing that part out.
