Well it was fun

I sold my cutlass. Had it for almost 3 years, learned a lot, sweared more but I enjoyed relearning how to work on a car again ; first floor pan replacement too. My kiddos were sad with the occasional “don’t sell the muscle car”! Luckily we were able to take multiple rides together before it drove off the other day.

Off to my next adventure if the stars align. I’ve always wanted a 67 or 68 Mercury Cougar so I’m going to TRY and hold out for one this time. Thanks for an awesome resource and a fun community!!!

You gotta do what ya gotta do. Hopefully you'll find your dream car.

When looking for your Cougar, check the floors and underhood bracing, or you may find yourself replacing more sheet metal

Good luck on your search

Check out this YouTube channel and website. '67-'68 XR7's are some of the most beautiful cars from that era. I've always wanted one.

Yes sir; I’ve been warned about the similar rust areas as mustangs
