Weight of a 455

I need to get a proper engine stand as it's currently sitting in a modified shopping trolley! :-)
Can anyone tell me the approximate weight of the engine with all the gubbins attached, so i don't under do it with a flimsy stand?

cheers

This might help...

Use grade 8 bolts to hold it to the stand.
