455 weight

Does anyone know the weight of a 455 with aluminum heads, manifold & headers vs. a stock iron head, intake manifold & exhaust manifold 350. 2nd if its close to the 350 do you use shocks and springs rated for the 455 or 350? Only want to spend my hard earned money once, Thanks in advance!

The difference between a stock 455 and 350 is only about 50 lbs, and I've swapped a few of those without changing the springs, so with aluminum parts the difference is negligible.

Thanks Joe! I thought it was more or people make it seem like its so much more weight compared to the 350. Well a 105 more cubes and less weight with aluminum parts and headers I'll never have anything smaller than a 455 again
