Website.

I’m looking for a website I used to visit. This was probably 15 years ago. I thought it was maybe 442.net. Or something similar. It’s been years since I was on it. It had a FAQ link that had tons of info on it about the cars. Everything from how to restore certain parts to how many of each make and model was made. What spark plugs to use. Etc. anyone remember what I’m talking about and can give me that link. Thanks.

442.com. The FAQ had numerous errors. At one time Joe Padavano here was doing a lot of correction to the 442.com FAQ.

I'm not sure that site even works anymore. I got banned from it 20 or more years ago.

That was probably 442.com . I think it ceased to exists some time ago. I think it was neglected by the owners. Others on here are more knowledgeable about the site.

Bits and pieces from that FAQ are still floating around on the interwebs; you may be able to access them by Googling specific concerns. However, make sure you verify any info you're able to find as 442.com FAQ has become somewhat legendary for not always being right on the money.

EDIT: Just found large hunks of 442.com still extant on Oldsmobile Junction, so try Googling that.

As said already, the FAQ is not 100% accurate so if you have any specific questions or want to verify something, just ask and folks with accurate information will reply.
