I heard of one a few years back from overseas. Long story short, this guy bought this old defunct farm. On this farm was a cinder lock building with sliding steel doors but they were welded shut. No one wanted the place but this guy took a chance on it I guess because he liked the privacy or something. Anyway, this building didn't have any windows or anything so the guy cuts through the welds on the doors and gets the place open. Inside he finds like 3 million dollars worth of vintage sports cars like ferraris etc...that would be a dream come true!!!! I can't remember if it said the titles were all in the glove boxes or not.

That one was an urban myth. Although the building and the cars in it were real, the story behind it was totally fabricated. Check it out on snopes.com.
