Tops down weather returns to TX!
Well, tops down weather is here to stay a while! It is supposed to be 77 today and our low this morning was 63.
Will be going on a long motorcycle run out to some far TX town and make a beer run as well. Should be nice!
Leonard, TX - where ALL the shops are antiques.

When we walked the square, it was 3pm on Saturday. Still, everyplace was closed. Therefore I could not tell what exactly each sold, but I am sure some old stuff could be had there.
Jefferson, TX had many neat anique stores and I brought back a nice old radio back in May 2010. I stayed there when i visited Caddo Lake - a TX swamp. I do not think i ever posted pics from that trip.

Jefferson, TX, also has the "Upriver Mardi Gras" in February (not sure of the exact date) that is a ball, great parade, party atmosphere, and like Rob says, great antique stores to browse. Lots of local history, also. Go, and enjoy!
Well we caught a load last night, almost 14 inches on the flat. They say it came out Alaska, ya, I can almost see it from my back yard.
The Olds is snowbound and there is a brand new set of wide whites with my name on them setting at the tire shop wating to be mounted. Not going to happen this week. Winter sucks eaven more....Tedd
