We all have had this experience. You consider yourself lucky when you can ease a stuck bolt out with lube and less than gorilla force. We all have tried easy-out tools to get a broken bolt out and well hardened steel is always hardened steel no matter what. For those of us without an aceteylene torch, Here's to you!

That’s the calibration I use on the vast majority of “calibrated tensioning” operations.
