Teepo's Interior Color

I want to replace the front arm rest pads on Teepo, but I don't know what color her interior is?? Can some of you guru's with manuals help me figure it out?

Here's a pic of her cowl tag.

I was looking at Rob's interior thread on Lady again, and I see the name SEM paint mentioned..... I don't know anything about this stuff. Can someone also tell me about SEM paint? Is it available in all the old car colors that were used, or where would I get paint once I know what color I need?

The arm rest bases are good on Teepo, it's just the driver's side pad has a little chunk tore out of it - I don't know how they did that - so I'd like to replace it. I know Fusicks sell the arm rest pads and bases, but not in green!

Then I'm sure I'll need help in figuring out how to get the pad off the base, lol. Looks like the base has to come off and then there are screws that hold the pad on to the base in Rob's pics.

As always, I appreciate your help guys!

http://semproducts.com/Catalog.asp?prod=190 They have a great reputation for interior paints that do hold up. I actually used some last week to change the color of my dash from dark blue to Landau Black and it looks great. They have a chip chart you can down load. And they have many colors offered. There are folks that i know who have used the product on seats and have been on there for a couple years now with out cracking. Hope this link helps you find what you are looking for.

You can go to a paint supplier and they can mix interior colors to.

smsautofabrics.com has the exact match for your interior, the kicker is that it comes in lengths and you have to get an experienced upholsterer to install it. They also will redo your door panels in house but it takes forever and is very pricey. Other places like OPGI and yearone are not so correct. IMO. Keep us posted.

Any auto paint store in your area should be able to mix up pints, quarts or more with the ditzler code. As far as the armrests go, just as long as you replace both it should look great and with yearone you won't have to bother with paint.

Thanks for the complements and just try to talk Blue into coming back. I read something about what happened but didn't see the thread where they were ******* his vista or the vista in general. I think it was on ROP. And said he was selling his vista and car guys used to get along.

Anyway the moderators and administrator are way better here, he should know that. I hope everything works good for Teepo.

WTH is going on??? That car was his inspiration and pride for as long as I can remember...We used to share such good natured banter with him all the time.

Someone's gotta know something or be able to get in touch with him??? Far as I know, us car guys over here on CO do get along. Sometimes spirited, but I believe our Olds community is very strong and supports each other.

Blue didn't like ROP because of all the hard heads and bickering that went on - hard to believe he still went on there, but I don't know! I'm gonna have to go out there one day and see what's going on. We all miss him.
