Is anybody else having issues with tamraz lately? I ordered a wing from them the first week of February. The site said nothing about them not being in stock. After a few weeks of nothing, I sent a message and a week later I got a "It'll ship at the end of March" reply. Two weeks into April with no wing yet, I sent another message and got no reply. I had to ask them through ebay messages and was told "We can't talk about site orders on ebay" and that was it. Is something going on with the company and/or does somebody on here work there?

 

im just had an issue too..

i was looking for 70 wheel houses..i bought on ebay because everyone said how good they where...etc

bought and paid...got a shipped notice that they shipped..with track numbers etc.... 24hrs later they said they didnt have them in inventory because of a computer glitch..and they would ship them when they became available...in 3 or 4 weeks...and i didnt want to wait...if its listed as in stock..it should be in stock..no excuses....i cancelled the order..no probs there..fast refund no issues there either

but most of their other auctions said they had 10+ in stock..same parts, multiple listings.....that bugs me

 

I ordered seat covers from them, (eBay sale)... After a week with no mails I asked them when they would ship. They got back to me and said the ship date would be in 3 weeks. I did not like it that I had to ask, they should have contacted me with the ship date.

 

 

I ordered seat covers about a month ago. They said there were 3 "available" . A week after I got my confirmation notice nothing. I called and said they had to be made and would be shipped from the manufacturer . How long I ask. 4-6 weeks ! That doesnt seem "available" to me. While I understand these things have to be made, it would have been nice to know they were not in stock. As it was I got them 2 weeks early , but communicating is important.

 

I ordered in January from eBay parts shipped and received quickly.

 

I guess posting on here was the ticket as it was overnighted to me and delivered today. Thanks to whoever at tamraz watches the forum.
