Smoother/Lower ride
Smoother/Lower ride
Just did the front suspension. Ball joints, yada, yada, yada. Just dropped the rear end. New gas shocks, bushings undercoated, yada ...
Question:
New brake, tires (15" wheels) I would like to lower it a bit. I can't cut the rear springs, I can cut a ring or two in the front. What is the best way, without breaking the bank, can I lower my 69 Olds Cutlass. I just want the wheels to fit inside the wheel wells better and be a little smoother. Any advise on how to do this?
As always, thank you for your input in advance.

To give you an idea what it looks like with the lowering springs.
Here is my 70. BMR 2" lowering springs in the back and Eibach 1" in the front.
Eibach springs are inexpensive way to lower it. $220. They will improve handling as well.

X2 on that! I did 1.5" rear 1" front with kyb gas adjust shocks. Looks good and rides really good now.
