Sad thing....

Today I was out in my friend's backyard looking at some oldsmobiles long gone. They COULD be restored.... but there is nothing left of the rear seats or floors on one, there's dents in the in the body panels on another, and the 67 delmont has a 350 gas in possibly workable condition I might take for my 350 diesel.
But, alas, the Wisconsin winters have been cruel and there is little chance you could restore them without lots of green. I may take pictures if my friend allows me to, but the image of that 60s(?) 98 convertible that once had a 425 rocket may break your hearts...

!!!

Are you giving up on the oil-burner? or will the gas 350 be a temporary arrangement?

Probably temporary until I can find a diesel to put into it. Don't worry.

If your going to put a gas engine in it. Then find one that runs. You can find 350 Olds gas engine pretty cheap.

Be aware that the origininal motor in the 67 would have been a 330, not a 350.
