We are having trouble re-installing the rear window in our 55 olds 88 2dr post, new rubber, just can't get window back in place, are there any "tricks" that will help??Any suggestions welcomed.

 

Do you have the correct tools for installing glass in rubber? Takes a special hook tool and a bunch of WD or some other sort of lubricant and if it has a zipper to expand it after the glass is in there is also a tool for that, there are several different kinds of zipper tools depending on the type of zipper it uses. If you don't have the tools I'd call a mobile glass place they can probably install it in 30 minutes or less.
