Back to the original question:
70 = 1970 model year
33277 = F85 V-8 Sport Coupe (the model which Rallye 350's were built from)
LAN = Assembled in Lansing, MI
38076 = [Fisher body number]
900 = Black bench seat
[blank] = Paint code (blank is common for Rallye 350's)
02D = Assembled fourth week (D) of February (02)
B90 = Chrome window frame moldings

Just my opinion and Olds never offered it but I would build a killer W-31 based motor for that car in a heartbeat.
Not saying that you should do that. Your car really is one of the nicest Rallye 350's I also have seen. I would definitely get all the documents that you can from Canada on that car. Oh sorry IWDGATYC.

I just picked one of these up form original owners brother. (supposedly) any way to verify that is the ownership history? Also I know there are several unique things to help verify it's a true Rallye 350 but other then the build and window sticker no real way (narrow it down with serial numbers and of course Lansing manufactured. And we all know Lansing was notorious for not putting in the build sheets.) Where under the carpet should I look for the sheet?
I also have another Rallye 350 that was my high school friends, we use to run around in it an later years he gave it to me. Its the real deal and body is rusted off it but everything is there.
I also know where there is another real deal Rallye 350 body from Texas with original paint and never been hit. Trying to get it from the guy but he just lets it sit out back of his shop in a little junk yard he has.
These things seem to just find me. But I love these cars.
