Radio Refurbish

Any suggestions on the best shops to send my radio, out of a 1972 Cutlass Supreme, to be refurbished? I found Barry’s 8 Track and Classic Car Radio In AZ, has anyone used his services? Thanks.

Thanks for the offer, BFG. It's AM/FM and I want to repair/restore.

I found this place, and sounds great. I have not used them, yet
I may do some shopping around.

S/M Electro-tech in Minnesota. 8 week turnaround. I had him restore my 1970 AM FM two piece stereo and it sounds wonderful!

I was looking at their website. Did you do a straight restore or did you opt for the AM/FM conversion? Finally, did they clean the dials and push buttons?

Factory restoration. I didn't have the radio modernized in any way with the exception of "wear and tear" parts. You can clean the dials and ***** yourself. He'll clean the buttons. Tell him Jimmy with the Oldsmobile recommended you.
