68/69 dash work

I know this is mentioned from time to time, but the guys who assembled the dashboards on these cars earned every penny! I work in a factory, and spent many years on an assembly line, so I understand doing a job over and over again makes it easier. I would LOVE to know how all the hidden nuts were installed and torqued on a moving line, with the bean counters always looking for ways to move things faster, time after time.

Right, some of those studs are all but impossible to access.

I also wonder how they got the headliner installed with likely very little time alloted.

I have seen YouTube videos of old GM assembly plants, I would love to see some Oldsmobile assembly process. I’m sure videos exist somewhere
